Ed Farrell
I am a London-based recording engineer and producer with extensive experience working at some of the UK’s most prestigious recording studios. I began my career at Battery Studios in Willesden, where I developed my skills under the mentorship of renowned producers Alan Moulder and Flood. After four years, I moved on to the iconic Abbey Road Studios, where I further honed my expertise in score recording and film production.
Recently, I have worked on projects such as War Child’s Help 2, engineering for Arctic Monkeys, Geese, and Foals, as well as the Grammy Award-winning album Gloria by Sam Smith, the Grammy-nominated I Inside the Old I Dying by PJ Harvey, and Love Will Survive by Barbra Streisand and Hans Zimmer. Throughout my career, I have collaborated with some of the biggest names in music, including Kid Harpoon, James Ford, Catherine Marks, Rich Costey, David Wrench, Ken Scott, Hildur Guðnadóttir, Jimmy Napes, Nile Rodgers, Danny Elfman, Lewis Capaldi, and Fontaines D.C.
